Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for paid bookings and services purchased from Crizone Business Centre (a unit of Crizaze Business Services Private Limited).
Day Pass
- Day passes are prepaid and non-refundable.
- You may reschedule free of charge to another available date if you notify us before the booked date by email or phone.
- Unused day passes are not refunded after the booked date has passed.
Meeting Rooms
- Meeting-room bookings are prepaid. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the slot are eligible for a reschedule; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Virtual Office
- Virtual office plans are billed annually and are non-refundable once the document pack (address agreement, NOC, utility bill) has been issued.
- If we are unable to provide the agreed documents, or if a registration is rejected due to an error in the documents we prepared, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. This does not cover rejections caused by errors in information you supplied (e.g. PAN/name mismatches).
Other Services
- Private office, company registration, and IT services are quoted and invoiced individually; refund terms are stated on each invoice/agreement.
How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay. Bank/payment-gateway charges already incurred may be deducted. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 working days.
